I ordered this thinking it would come with the adapter box where the actual light cables plug in to, as shown in the pictures, but nope it just came with a simple power brick which is litterally useless. Support has yet to reply to me...

At first I was a little Leary about buying into this lightIng system, but after I installed them in my cabinet I realized I had nothing to fear, these are a quality product just inexpensive to purchase. I especially like the adapter with on off switch but also the ability to dim the lights with the included inline dimmer. I really like the idea of using 12volt lighting
